The great thing about this is that you can be up and running almost immediately without either of us visiting the other.
This service is only available in our usual local area and you will need to satisfy/agree with the following conditions:
You must be connected to a FULLY WORKING broadband connection. (If this isn't working I will have to come to you!)
You must be able to access the Microsoft Windows environment. In particularly most hardware faults are excluded.
I will need to know in advance which security sofware (eg. Norton) you have installed particularly the firewall.
To qualify for the £10 fee the job must take 20 minutes or less.
You will need to be able to download and install some software.
The software does allow a route into your PC but as long as you only run it when requested by REPAIRaPC is secure. We are not responsible for the software being run at other times. Note you can watch (& learn) what I do to solve your difficulty.
The £10 remote help offer is made available on a case by case basis at the discretion of REPAIRaPC and may be withdrawn without warning in the future.
Unfortunately complete computer novices will probably be unable to use this service unless I have visited them previously.
